Chubb's first year with From the Ground Up was in the summer of 2021 as a landscape technician. He is currently a Junior at Cadott High School. This past season Chubb's was awarded Honorable Mention All-Conference in the Dunn St. Croix as a offensive lineman this past Football season.

Erik Nanstad was born and raised in Eau Claire, WI. He worked with Bobby Woodford at Phoenix Park during the summers of 2006 and 2007 as a seasonal employee while attending UW-Stout. Erik graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors
Bobby Woodford was born and raised in Cadott, WI. While attending UW-River Falls, Bobby worked at Whispering Pines Golf Course in Cadott. Once he graduated in 2003 with his Bachelors Degree in Horticulture with a turf-grass
Bryce's first year with From the Ground Up was in the summer of 2020 as a landscape technician. He graduated from Cadott High School in 2021. Growing up, Bryce worked on the family farm and was a member of the Cadott Hornet Football team.
Austin was born and raised in Cadott, WI. After graduating from Cadott High School he joined the National Guard with Delta Company based out of River Falls where he was deployed to Afghanistan for 9 months and still serves our country here at home. Austin joined From the Ground Up in 2018 where he grew into the foreman role by 2020. In 2021 he had a significant role in the startup of AquaPoint Irrigation while still filling the role of Foreman for From the Ground Up.
lives in Cadott with his son Raef and coaches for the Cadott Hornet Football team.

Nick Streeter
Mark was born and raised in Eau Claire, WI. He graduated from Eau Claire Memorial in 2007 and UW-Stout in 2011 with a BS in Applied Environmental Science and an emphasis in Land Management. Mark also has a minor in GIS and Plant Science. He has been with From the Ground Up since 2014 as has taken over the lead role with the lawn care division.
Ethan West
Degree in Business Administration - Financial Services. Erik worked for Dairy State Bank and Stifel Nicholas but had the desire to become involved in the horticulture industry once again. Erik approached Bobby in early 2013 with the idea for a Landscaping and Lawn Care company that quickly became From the Ground Up. Erik
Ethan's first year working with us was 2021 as he spent the majority of the summer working with AquaPoint as an irrigation tech. He is currently a Senior at Cadott High School. Ethan is a 3 sport athlete at Cadott (Football, Basketball and Baseball).

Nick was born and raised in Cadott, WI. After graduating from Cadott High School Nick joined the US Navy and was stationed in San Diego, CA on the USS-Stockdale. He spent the majority of 2013 deployed to the Middle East. After getting out of the Navy he went to work for a local irrigation company for 5 years where he eventually became the lead Service Technician. Nick lead the effort to start AquaPoint Irrigation late in 2020 and is looking forward to continued growth for years to come. He currently lives north of Chippewa Falls with his girlfriend, Jess.

Marcus was born and raised in White Lake, WI. He is currently a Chemistry and Biology teacher for the Fall Creek School District. Marcus earned his Masters of Education from UW-Eau Claire. He is in his 7th year of working with FTGU and has grown into a lead role on our landscaping team. Marcus lives in Fall creek with his wife and two children.
